A lady contacted us needing support with her personal care in the morning. She had been diagnosed with a muscle-wasting disease and found it difficult getting ready in the mornings.
Her initial care plan started with 30-minute daily care visits. As her condition progressed, so did her need for additional support around the house. We felt she was able to continue living in the comfort of her own home, so visited her daily in the mornings and evenings, helping with household chores like cooking and washing and assisting with her personal care.
